i dont know how to start off but this is a great product, it is the best isolate protein that gets into your blood stream right after your workouts. there is the nitric oxide enhancers in it, there is a really good amount of protein, and the best delivery system that makes sure all the protein gets used up fast so it doesnt go to waste. I did have gains on this, it did increase my metabolism (i lost 3% bodyfat in 2 weeks). If you are looking for a good post-workout protein, dont go look anywhere else, the product you are looking for is right here. with 27 grams of protein per scoop of 30grams, this makes it almost a pure protein product that has a really good vanilla taste and it isn't a bogus product. i give this product a 4/5 because of the price. Yes the price is kinda high compared to other proteins, but if that price was lowered to about 35$, this product would definately get a 5/5.
