How To Order
How Do I Use The Online Shopping System?
STEP ONE - Find Your Product
You can find the product that you are looking for in 3 different
ways:
- Type the name or description of the product into the search
box located in the top left corner of the web page.

- Browse by Popular Categories which is a drop down selection
in the middle-top portion of the web page.

- Browse by Popular Brands which is a drop down selection
directly to the right of the popular Categories drop down.
Once you find the product, click the ADD TO CART button. This does not obligate you to purchase the product but
simply drops the item into your virtual shopping cart. Just like
in a real shopping cart you can always add or remove items before
checking out.
If you are ready to checkout, go to STEP TWO below.
Changing Quantity:
To change the quantity that
you are ordering, type the number that you want in the QTY
(quantity) column next to the items that you want to update. Then
click the UPDATE or UPDATE QUANTITIES button to get the new price
total.
Removing Products:
To remove products from your
shopping cart, click the DELETE or the RED X button
next to the item.
Clearing Your Basket:
To start over with an empty
shopping cart, simply click the CLEAR YOUR CART button.
Once you have clicked ADD TO CART next to all the
products that you want, it is time to send the order to us for
quick processing. Make sure that all the products in your cart
are exactly what you want. We ship very quickly so sometimes it
is tough to make changes to your order after it has been placed.
Click on the CHECKOUT button to continue with the order
process.
STEP TWO - Enter Your Name And
Address
Login:
On the next page, you can either log-in if
you have an account, or you can click on NEW CUSTOMER to create a
new account.
For people who are ordering outside of Canada, please click on
the INT'L CHECKOUT button to create your new customer
account.
Enter Your Billing And Shipping Address:
Enter
your billing and shipping addresses in the appropriate places.
Here are some tips:
Company:
If you are
shipping to a company, enter the name here. If not, leave this
blank.
Address (line 1):
Enter your street address.
Address (line 2):
If you need a second line for
your street address, enter it here. Otherwise, leave it
blank.
Phone Number:
This is required. We will only use
this if there is a problem with your order that cannot be handled
over e-mail. This is a very rare situation.
Email:
Enter your full e-mail address. This is
required so we can send you a receipt, a shipping confirmaton and
let you know if there are any problems. We PROMISE to NEVER give
your e-mail address to anybody no matter what.

Now click the NEXT button to go to the next page.
Separate Shipping and Billing Address?
If your
shipping address differs from the address where your credit card
statements are sent, you must enter your separate billing address
in the billing address area of the form. Not giving us your
correct billing address may cause your order to be declined or
delayed.
Now click the NEXT button to go to the next page.
STEP THREE - Choose Your Shipping Method
& Order Options
Choose Delivery Method:
At the top of the page
you will find a list of choices for shipping. The Canada Post
ExpressPost shipping option is for Canadian shipping
destinations. If you are ordering from within the United States
please select the USA shipping option.
PLEASE NOTE:
Residents of Winnipeg, Manitoba who
wish to pick up their order from our warehouse at 1665 Main St.
should select the Pick-up shipping option.
Special Instructions:
If you need to give us
additional information for filling your order, you may type a few
sentences here. Our shipping team will see these comments before
filling your order.
Promo Codes:
If you are redeeming a coupon please
enter your coupon code in to the promo code field. Once you click
on the NEXT button your coupon will be applied to your order.
Gift Certificates:
If you are redeeming a gift
certificate please enter your Gift Certificate PIN.
Now click the NEXT button to go to the next page.
Step Four - Review & Payment
Review Your Order:
Please take this opportunity
to review your order to make sure that both your billing and
shipping addresses are correct. Please ensure that you have
ordered the correct product, in the correct size and flavour.
Finally check to see if your coupon and/or promo code discounts
have been properly applied to your order.
Select Your Payment Method:
This step is where
you will enter your payment info. You can pay by credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Info about how to use
each of these payment methods is in the
PAYMENT METHODS section of
the main
Customer
Service page.
Verify your address and payment info one last time to be sure it
is 100% correct. Click on PLACE YOUR ORDER. Congratulations! You
are done. On the next screen you will get your order number and a
copy of your receipt. You will also receive a receipt by e-mail.
You will then be notified by e-mail when your order ships or if
there are any problems with your order.
Now just sit back and be amazed by our awesome service!
