What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We have worked hard to make ordering from GorillaJack.com as convenient as possible for you. Here is a list of the payment methods that we accept:

  • PayPal:enables you to make purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information.
  • Money Order By Mail:You can also send in a money order by mail and we will ship your order when your payment clears.

How To Use Your Credit Card:

To pay by credit, simply choose the Credit Card payment method on the "Payment Method" section of the shopping cart. You can enter in your credit card number (without dashes and/or spaces), your expiration date and the person's name that appears on the front of the card.

To ensure your security, your credit card information will be processed offline using the Paymentech credit card processing system, one of the world's largest and most secure payment processors.

Be sure that the billing name and address that you give matches what your credit card company has on file. This is most likely the address that your credit card bill goes to. If it does not match, it may cause delays to your order or may cause your order to be declined.

With a credit card payment, you will notice the charge on your bill or statement within 2 business days.

What Happens If My Credit Card Is Declined?

Once you finalize your order and click submit, you will get an order number and a receipt. Your order information will be sent to our offices for processing. If your credit card is declined, we will notify immediately via phone or email. If you do not believe that your credit card should have been declined we encourage you to contact your credit card company.

Your credit card may be denied for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Over Your Spending Limit
  • Wrong Card Number Entered
  • Name On Card Not Correct
  • Billing Address Does Not Match What Your Credit Card Company Has On File
  • Internet Charges Are Not Authorized For Your Credit Card Account
  • Your New Credit Card Has Not Been Activated
  • Blocked For Possible Fraud
  • Other: Call Your Bank. They Will Have A Record Of The Decline And The Reason

We do not know the reason for the decline since the credit card company does not tell us. Most of the declines are caused by customers entering in the wrong expiration date or name on card! Please take extra care when entering payment information on the site.

The information sent to us will be sent to the credit card reporting agency, as we are lawfully required to do so just in case this was a fraudulent transaction. This is for your safety and nothing will happen if this was just a normal decline. We do prosecute fraud EVERY time.

How Do I Pay By Money Order By Mail?

We strongly encourage you to place your order online using a credit card on our secure shopping server. Your order will be sent out much quicker and it will take less of your time. We guarantee that our site is safe!

If you would prefer to send your order to us by mail, just follow the directions below!

  1. Find the products you want and click the "Order" button next to them.
  2. Once you have the products you want in your shopping cart, simply choose "Money Order (by Mail)" on the Review & Payments page.
  3. Press the PLACE YOUR ORDER button to submit your order on the last page and then print the receipt on that screen or the one that you will get by e-mail. If you do not have a printer, you can simply copy the information down on a piece of paper.
  4. Send the order form along with your Money Order in Canadian (CAD) dollars to the address below:

We will ship your order out the day we receive your payment and send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail! Of course, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your payment to get to us.

What Currency Are Your Prices In?

All prices on our site are shown in Canadian (CAD) dollars. All foreign payments should be made in this currency. If you order by credit card, the credit card company will automatically convert your currency to CAD dollars and pay the appropriate amount.

As an added service to our international customers, each item detail page features a currency table that will give you your approximate costs in your local currency. This currency converter is to be used for information purposes only. Currencies updated on a weekly basis. Please use a currency service like XE.com for live currency conversions.

PayPal Polcies

We are happy to accept PayPal for most purchases made at GorillaJack.com. PayPal enables you to make purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. You can choose to pay for your GorillaJack.com purchase using your PayPal account instead of your credit card or other method of payment.

Rules Unique to PayPal Purchases
Because of the unique nature of PayPal purchases, some standard GorillaJack.com rules are a little different if you pay using PayPal.

  • If you make a purchase using PayPal, your account will be "authorized" for full total of the order. Once the order is ready to ship, your PayPal account will be charged.
  • The Ship-To address on your order must be a PayPal 'verified address.'Please make sure your account with PayPal lists your Ship-To address as a verified address. If it is not, your order will be cancelled automatically and you will be notified by email.
  • The PayPal payment option is only available on orders with a shipping address in the United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
  • When you make a purchase using PayPal, you are momentarily connected to the PayPal web site during our checkout procedure via encrypted secure connection. You must complete your transaction at the PayPal site and return to your GorillaJack.com checkout procedure to complete your order.
  • Because of the unique nature of PayPal, you cannot split your method of payment between PayPal and any other method of payment (Unacceptable examples: PayPal and Visa or PayPal and personal check or PayPal and gift certificate.) Coupons will still work like they do for all other methods of payment.
  • PayPal orders do not work with gift certificates. You can either pay with PayPal or you can use your gift certificate with some other method of payment.
PAYPAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: According to PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy - you CANNOT use the PayPal payment service to purchase products containing Ephedrine HCL. NO EXCEPTIONS Please use alternate forms of payment such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Money Order to continue with your purchase.

If your order is cancelled or you need a refund for some reason, we will generally follow the same procedure as for other methods of payment. Your credit request will be reviewed and, if approved, a credit will be sent to PayPal to be applied to your account. PayPal will process the credit in between 2-5 business days. One difference unique to PayPal should be noted if we apply more than one credit to your PayPal account:

  • The first credit is applied to your original payment record within your PayPal account. This is clearly attached to your GorillaJack.com order and is is easy for you to see.
  • The second credit and any subsequent credits are applied directly to your PayPal balance and are not clearly attached to your GorillaJack.com order.
