Directions for Vitamints: ENERGY Mints
Vitamints Energy contains Co-Enzyme Q10 which needs to be taken in the suggested daily amount to achieve the desired effect on energy. We therefore do not recommend any reduction to the suggested dose.
Adults:4 tablets a day.
Up to 10 Vitamints a day can be safely consumed.
Teenagers:3 tablets a day
Up to 10 Vitamints a day can be safely consumed.
Children (2-10 years):2 tablets a day
Up to 5 Vitamints a day can be safely consumed.
Dose Time:Can be taken at anytime, but best absorption is achieved by spreading the dose throughout the day.
Duration of Use:Suitable for long term use.

WarningsContains 2.5g sorbitol. Excessive use of products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
