Directions for Vitamints: IMMUNE Mints
Adults:4 tablets a day.
This amount may be reduced depending on your needs and diet.
Up to 10 Vitamints a day can be safely consumed.
Teenagers:3 tablets a day
This amount may be reduced depending on your needs and diet.
Up to 10 Vitamints a day can be safely consumed.
Children (2-10 years):2 tablets a day
This amount may be reduced depending on your needs and diet.
Up to 5 Vitamints a day can be safely consumed.
Dose Time:Can be taken at anytime, but best absorption is achieved by spreading the dose throughout the day.
Duration of Use:Suitable for long term use.

WarningsContains 2.5g sorbitol. Excessive use of products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
